Sanck AI fully recognizes the importance of your personal information and will implement stringent security
measures to protect your personal data in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. This Privacy Policy
(hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") aims to clearly and transparently explain how we collect, use, store,
share, and protect your personal information when you use Sanck AI services, as well as the rights you are
entitled to.

functionalities:

as mobile phone number, email address, username, company name (if applicable), etc.

model, operating system, unique device identifier, browser type, access time, service failure information,
etc.Interaction and Operation Records: Prompts, instructions, files, or data you input or upload, along with
the corresponding AI-generated content. We collect this information to deliver core AI generation services,
ensure secure and stable operation (e.g., preventing abuse), and improve model performance (as detailed in
the "Model Training" section below).
- Payment Information (if applicable): When using paid services, payment information
is processed through authorized third-party payment institutions. We do not directly collect or store
sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers or passwords.
- II. How We Use Your Personal Information
- We will only use your personal information for the following explicitly stated
purposes:
- Core Service Delivery: For account verification, service provision, and customer
support.
- Service Optimization and Security: To analyze service performance, diagnose
issues, prevent security risks, and identify and prevent fraud and abusive behavior.
- Model Training and Improvement (Key Clause):To continuously enhance the accuracy,
security, and capabilities of Sanck AI models, we may use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated
interaction content for model training after implementing strict technical measures.We commit not to use
directly identifiable personal information (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses) for model training.
Training datasets will be stripped of personal identifiers to the greatest extent possible.Special
Arrangement for Enterprise Users: For enterprise users, separate orders or agreements may specify whether
interaction content under the enterprise account can be used for model training. In the absence of such
arrangements, the above general rules shall apply.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations and respond to
requests from judicial or regulatory authorities.
- III. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Personal Information
- Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with
third parties only under the following circumstances:Service Providers: Authorized partners entrusted with
data processing (e.g., cloud hosting, data analysis, customer support). We sign strict confidentiality
agreements requiring them to process information solely according to our instructions.Legal Requirements:
Disclosure as required by laws, regulations, litigation needs, or upon request from administrative or
judicial authorities.
- Transfer and Public Disclosure: Except in cases involving corporate changes such
as mergers or acquisitions, we will not transfer your personal information. We will not publicly disclose
your personal information without your separate consent.

to Sanck AI services, and related data may be cleared within a legally prescribed timeframe.

account or adjusting device permissions. Withdrawal may affect the use of corresponding services.
- Responding to Your Requests: To ensure security, you may need to submit a written
request or otherwise verify your identity. We will respond to legitimate requests within 15 working days.
Requests deemed repetitive, excessively technical, or potentially harmful to others’ legitimate rights may
be declined.
- VI. Protection of Minors
- Our services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor under the age
of 14, please use our services under the guidance of a guardian. If you are a guardian, please monitor the
minor’s usage. If we discover collection of a minor’s personal information without guardian consent, we will
promptly delete such information.
- VII. Policy Updates
- We may revise this Policy periodically. When substantial changes occur (e.g.,
significant changes in processing purposes, methods, or types of personal information), we will notify you
through prominent means such as website announcements or push notifications. Continued use of our services
